I had the pleasure of covering a Bharatnatyam dance event by a bunch of talented kids from the Bhavam Nrityalaya as part of their annual day. These are some photos from the performance. Bharathanatiyam is a form of Indian classical dance that originated in the temples of Tamil Nadu. It was described in the treatise […]

I just freeze in front of the camera and feel extremely conscious. But my pictures say something else right - yes they tell you all about the real me - I am chatter box, exuberant and cheerful. Amit's work is brilliant because he is creative and sees possibilities, he is technically sound, he is patient ( esp. with a fussy client like me :)) and most important he is amazing at putting people at ease which is an important quality since people are conscious in front of the camera. He is extremely professional and delivers on his commitments. Thank you so much Amit - I never knew I could look like this :)
It was my niece's very first function and it was very special to me. I needed someone who could capture the function for what it was, so that we could cherish it for the years to come. Amit did just that. We all had a great time posing and having fun, while he kept clicking the event. The final outcome was brilliant. I loved each and every pic. The best part of this was that it was all compiled into a very beautiful photo album which was tastefully designed. And although we were promised 50 photographs, we got more that that. It was delivered neatly covered and with a handwritten note from Amit. And when I opened the album it was so much more. I loved it, and so did my family. Thank you Amit!
Amit is a thorough professional when it comes to photography. I have seen his growth since 2009 which gets better and better as the years pass by. Special moments are captured w/o the knowledge of guest. Special gestures are advised by him to make the captured moments unforgettable. Everyone looks forward to his pictures after the event to be put up. I would rather post a link to his work (http://goo.gl/UdLekm) done for us to do the talking and he's certainly number "One" in my list to recommend or a repeat for his photography :) My good wishes for him always.
