Trip to the exotic state of Manipur in the troubled North-East of India.

Loktak Lake, the largest freshwater (sweet) lake in North -East India, is famous for the phumdis (heterogeneous mass of vegetation, soil, and organic matters at various stages of decomposition) of different geometrical shapes floating over it. People live on the larger floating islands. Some of the structures are man made for fish farming.
